Abstract The purpose of this standard is to describe a method of determining the electroacousticperformance of hearing aids fitted with an induction pick-up coil and used in an audio- frequency magnetic field. This standard is not intended to be used for the measurement of the performance of a hearing aid used with telephone handsets having induction coupling facilities.
