Abstract This British Standard gives recommendations forthe installation of textile floor coverings. It covers all products composed of textile materials with a pile or non-pile use surface, and includes the laying of carpet tiles, either with the use of a permanent adhesive or a tackifier. It details suitable methods of installation and advises on the selection of the materials required for their implementation.
