It covers: Types and classification of cement bonded particleboards according to their properties and intended use. Physical and mechanical requirements, including density, moisture content, bending strength, modulus of elasticity, internal bond, surface soundness, and resistance to impact. Dimensional characteristics, such as tolerances on length, width, thickness, edge straightness, and squareness. Durability and performance requirements, including resistance to moisture, fire, biological attack, and frost. Sampling, inspection and testing procedures to determine compliance.
