Abstract This Part of BS 2782 gives a general introduction to the methods of test for plastics presented in the other Parts. Annex A gives the standard atmospheres for conditioning and testing plastics, annex B lists the individual methods and annex C describes an obsolescent method (508A), formerly given in BS 2782:1970 and still referred to by the Building Regulations [1].
