Pemantauan dan kawalan pada jadual adalah satu alat penting pada projek dan pengurusan. Alatan ini boleh didapati untuk mencegah kegagalan dalam pembinaan bangunan yang boleh menjejaskan prestasi projek pembinaan. Kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji masalah, model perisian dan sistem pada projek pembinaan di Kamunting, Perak. Beberapa pendekatan telah dikenalpasti sebagai contoh EVMS, CPM, dan Alatan Pengurusan Projek. Sistem Pengurusan Nilai yang diperolehi (EVMS) pada asalnya dibangunkan sebagai alat pengurusan kos dan kawalan yang telah dipanjangkan untuk mengesan jadual. EVM dan seumpamanya menggunakan kos sebagai paksi untuk mengukur prestasi jadual untuk mengawal tempoh projek. Kaedah Laluan Kritikal menyediakan aktiviti dan penjadualan aktiviti pembinaan. Walau bagaimanapun, dalam analisis CPM, aktiviti selama 7 fasa projek tersebut telah dikira semula. Laluan kritikal telah dikenalpasti dalam jadual dan oleh itu penjadualan maklumat tambahan kepada tugas yang tidak kritikal. Analisis selanjutnya dengan Microsoft Project 2010 dan Primavera P6 sebagai alat pengurusan, hanya kita boleh mengatakan bahawa dengan menggunakan Microsoft Project kita boleh mengatur jadual kami dengan prosedur projek mudah dan hubungan antara tugasan kecil yang terlibat di dalamnya. . Ia adalah berbeza dengan Primavera P6, ia hanya boleh melihat keberkesanan apabila berurusan dengan pembinaan berbilang dengan kekangan sumber dan akaun yang berbeza. Primavera P6 adalah perisian yang tidak boleh di selia, tempoh dan hubungan aktiviti adalah satu-satunya data yang perlu disediakan di peringkat awal perancangan. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The use of schedule monitoring and control is an important tools project and program management. Tools are available to prevent failure in the construction of buildings that can affect the performance of the construction project. This study reviews the problems, software model and system on a real project in Kamunting, Perak. Several approaches were identified as example EVMS, CPM, and Project Management Tools. The Earned Value Management System (EVMS) was originally developed as a cost management and control tool which was extended to track schedule as well. EVM and its derivatives use cost as a proxy to measure schedule performances to control the duration of the project. Critical Path Methods provides interrelationships of activities and scheduling of construction activities. However, in the CPM analysis, the activities for 7 phase of the project were re-calculated. The critical path was identified in the schedule and thus, allows for additional scheduling information on non-critical tasks. Further analysis with Microsoft Project 2010 and Primavera P6 as management tools, simply we can say that by using Microsoft Project we can organise our schedule with easy project procedure and relationships between subtasks that involved within it. It was different with Primavera P6, it can only see the effectiveness when dealing with multiphase construction with constraints resources and different account. Primavera P6 is un-supervisors software, the duration and the activities relationship is the only data that needs to be provided in early stages of planning.
