“Keutuhan isyarat adalah salah satu faktor terpenting dalam membina sebuah sistem berkelajuan tinggi. Oleh kerana isyarat bergerak melalui semua jenis perhubungan di dalam sistem, kesan elektrik yang berlaku di sepanjang perjalan dari awal hingga akhir punca kuasa hingga tiba di pemerima, akan mempengaruhi masa dan kualiti isyarat. Dalam projek ini, kita akan memberi fokus kepada tiga perkara, iaitu panjang fizikal jejak microstrip, jenis-jenis pemberhentian dan kekasaran permukaan substrat dielektrik.” _____________________________________________________________________________________ “Signal integrity is the most important issue in designing a high-speed system. Since signals travel through all kind of interconnection inside a system, any electrical impact happens along the path from the beginning at the source end till reach at receiving end, will affects the signal timing and quality. In this project, the main focuses are based on three things, which are trace physical length, termination scheme and surface roughness of dielectric substrate.”
