Pemalap lampu dan mentol menjimat tenaga digunakan dalam bidang pencahayaan untuk tujuan pemuliharaan tenaga. Dalam projek ini, pemalap lampu menggunakan mikro pengawal AVR Atmega169 untuk mengawal dua 230V, 60W lampu direka. Kaedah kawalan fasa digunakan oleh pengawal mikro untuk mengawal kecerahan lampu. Kaedah ini menghasilkan RMS arus dan voltan yang berbeza mengalir melalui lampu dengan mencetuskan pengeluaran isyarat kepada TRIAC pada masa kelewatan yang berbeza. Satu pengesan melintasi sifar terdapat di dalam litar pemalap untuk memaklumkan kepada pengawal mikro untuk memulakan kiraan masa. Pengawal mikro diprogramkan dengan menggunakan kod pengaturcaraan C untuk mendapatkan kelewatan masa dan fungsi yang dikehendaki. Peranti elektronik kuasa digunakan dalam litar pemalap untuk tujuan perlindungan. Prestasi pemalap lampu dari segi masa tunda, RMS arus, RMS voltan, kuasa dan peratusan menjimatkan tenaga dibandingkan. Kaedah kawalan, pengaturcaraan, perkakasan dan perisian pelaksanaan dan penilaian yang menggunakan langkah-langkah berturutan untuk membangunkan projek ini. Akhirnya, satu penjimatan digital lampu malap tenaga telah dihasilkan. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dimmer and energy saving light bulb are used in the lighting field for energy conservation purpose. In this project, a lamp dimmer using AVR Atmega169 microcontroller board to control two 230V, 60W lamp is designed. The phase control method is used by the microcontroller to control the brightness of the lamp. This method provides control on AC power during each half cycle of the 50Hz AC waveform. The RMS value of current and voltage to flow through the lamp can be varied by triggering the TRIAC at different delay time. A zero crossing detector is used in the dimmer circuit to inform the microcontroller to start the delay count. The microcontroller is programmed using C programming language to get the desired delay time and user interface functions. Power electronic devices are used in the dimmer circuit for isolation and switching purposes. The performance of the dimmer in terms of the delay time, RMS current, RMS voltage, power and percentage of energy reduce are investigated and compared. A system methodology for system design, hardware implementation, software programming and system evaluation are followed in this project. The final product is a digital controlled dual lamps dimmer with LCD display system.
