Sistem pam air solar merupakan salah satu jalan alternatif bagi kawasan atau lokasi yang mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapat bekalan kuasa. Sistem ini amat penting untuk kegunaan domestik terutamanya bagi mereka yang tinggal di kawasan kurang kemudahan. Projek ini bermanfaat, tahan lama, dan juga tidak mendatangkan bahaya kepada pengguna. System ini terdiri daripada beberapa komponen seperti pam air, panel solar, pengawal cas solar, batteri dc, dan juga getah paip. Beberapa maklumat perlu dikenalpasti sebelum sistem ini boleh direka dan komponen-komponen tersebut dipilih. Ciri-ciri rekabentuk pam air perlu disisasat kerana ia akan menjadi panduan bagi pemilihan komponen-komponen berikutnya. Tahap penilaian solar juga harus dikenalpasti kerana ia merupakan punca bekalan kuasa bagi sistem ini. Cir-ciri rekabentuk pam air boleh dikenalpasti melalui ujian pam air. Ujian ini ternahagi kepada dua jenis iaitu ujian jarak dan ujian ketinggian. Untuk mencari penilaian solar, ujian penilaian solar telah dilakukan untuk mendapatka ciri-ciri arus dan voltan dari keluaran yang terhasil. Walaubagaimanapun, disebabkan keluaran yag terhasil tidak stabil, oleh itu pengawal cas solar digunakan bagi berfungsi sebagai pengawal untuk pengecasan batteri. Sistem ini akan di aplikaskan bagi kegunaan domestik iaitu untuk mengalirkan air kepada permukaan 7m tinggi. Segala keperluan yang pentinazg telah disisat dan kemudian sistem terbaik dan analisis ekonomi akan dijalankan. Tahap persembehan yang dhasikan menunjukkan ia telah mencapai matlmat yang telah diaturkan dan boleh bekerja secara bersambung dan lancer. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Solar water pump system is one of the alternative solutions for any place or location that hard to get supply from the electrical grid. This system is very important to domestic usage especially for those who live in third world area. It is reliable, long lifetime, saving cost and also did not give any harmful effect to community. This system consists of several components such as water pump, solar panel, solar charge controller, dc battery and pipe. Some of information has to determine before this system can be design and the component can be choose. The characteristic of the motor must be identified first which later can be a guide for other component selection. Solar rating also should be analyzed as it is the source of power for this system. Water pump characteristic can be identified through the water pump test. This test divided into two types which is distance and height. For determining solar rating, solar rating test has been conduct to plot the I-V characteristic of the output produce. However, due to unstable output generated, solar charge controller has been used as a regulator for charging the battery. This system will be applied for domestic purpose which needs to transfer water for a level 7m height. The requirements that necessary have been identified and thus the best and economical system has been designed and construct. The performance of this system show it achieve the goal establish and even can work for continuously and smoothly.
