This British Standard specifies a method for measuring high-frequency noise emissions (typically above 10 kHz) from computer and business equipment. The aim is to provide a standardized procedure for assessing the presence and level of high-frequency acoustic noise, which may not be fully captured by traditional A-weighted sound level measurements.
