Tasik amat berharga sebagai sumber air dan aktiviti luar seperti memancing, pengangkutan air, rekreasi dan pelancongan. Di Malaysia, Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) tidak banyak digunakan. Oleh itu, dengan teknologi baru pembangunan projek seperti ini boleh dikomersialkan dan menggunakan tenaga boleh diperbaharui, ASV dapat mengurangkan pencemaran alam. ASV digunakan secara meluas dalam bidang kejuruteraan laut untuk autonominya, di mana ia mengurangkan penggunaan tenaga manusia dan menyediakan penyelesaian yang efektif untuk masalah yang melanda. Pekerja manusia dan mesin yang dikendali manusia secara manual untuk membersihkan tasik mempunyai risiko yang mereka hadapi semasa melakukan kerja. Untuk mengelakkan risiko tersebut, kami mencadangkan untuk membangunkan pembersihan tasik ASV yang dapat mengumpul sampah dan serpihan di permukaan tasik. ASV yang dicadangkan boleh dikendalikan secara automatik atau secara manual menggunakan mod kawalan tanpa wayar. Dalam projek ini, mekanisme sampah sampah untuk memerangkap sampah dan komunikasi tanpa wayar untuk mengendalikan ASV direka bentuk. ASV boleh mengumpul sampah secara berkesan semasa proses pembersihan dan membuang bahan buangan ke kawasan yang direka untuk pengumpulan. Pada akhir projek ini, ASV boleh digunakan untuk mengumpul sampah secara berkesan di permukaan air dalam mod autonomi atau manual. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Lakes are valuable as a water source and for outdoor activities like fishing, water transport, recreation, and tourism. In Malaysia, Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) is not widely used. Hence, with new technology the development of project like this can be commercialized and by using renewable energy, the ASV can reduce pollution. ASV is widely used in the field of ocean engineering for its autonomy, where it saves human effort and provide a sustainable solution to the pervasive problem. Human workers and human operated machine is conventional ways to clean the lake but there are risks to the human operator involved. In order to avoid these risks, we propose to develop a lake cleaning ASV that is able to collect trash and debris on the surface of the lake. The proposed ASV can be operated semi-automatic using wireless control mode. In this project, rubbish bin mechanism to trap rubbish and wireless communication to operate the ASV are designed. ASV can collect rubbish effectively during the cleaning process and remove waste to a designed area for collection. At the end of this project, the ASV can be used to collect rubbish effectively on the water surface in autonomous or manual mode.
