Dalam projek ini gas Brown, yang dipanggil gas hydroxy dihasilkan melalui process elektrolisis .Terdapat tiga jenis elektrod yang ya diuji, iaitu elektrod tiub, enam plat elektrod dan sembilan plat elektrod dengan elektrod neutral. Nilai arus elektrik daripada electrolyser dikawal menggunakan litar PWM yang menyediakan denyutan DC voltan. Sistem ini diuji dengan tiga jenis pemangkin iaitu kalium hidroksida (KOH), natrium hidroksida (NaOH) dan magnesium sulfat (MgSO4). Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa jumlah tertinggi hydroxy gas yang dihasilkan datang dari elektrod tiub dengan natrium hidroksida sebagai pemangkin iaitu 333mL seminit.

In this project Brown gas, which is called hydroxy gas is being produced through the electrolysis process. There are three types of electrode that's being tested, which are tube electrode, six plate electrode and nine plate electrode with neutral electrode. The amperage of the electrolyser is controlled using PWM circuit which provide pulse DC voltage. The performance of the system is being investigated with three types of catalyst which are potassium hydroxide (KOH), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and magnesium sulfate (MgSO4). The result shows that the highest amount of hydroxy gas produced came from tube electrode with sodium hydroxide as a catalyst which is 333mL per minute.
