BS EN 60966-4-1:1996 is a European Standard titled "Radio-frequency cables - Part 4-1: Sectional specification for radiating cables - General requirements". This standard specifies the general requirements for radiating cables used in radio frequency (RF) communication systems.
Radiating cables are a type of coaxial cable that are designed to radiate RF energy along their length, rather than simply conducting the energy from one point to another.
