BS 1666:1994 : Starch. Determination of moisture content - Oven-drying methods

The International Standards specifies two methods for the determination of moisture content in starch : - the oven-drying method at 130ᵒC at atmospherics pressure (Method 1); - the oven-drying method at 100ᵒC or 73ᵒC at reduced pressure (Method 2)
