Projek ini membentangkan tentang pembangunan pengendali untuk lengan robot melalui Internet benda. Lengan robot boleh dipantau dan dikawal arah pergerakan melalui kemudahan internet. Raspberry Pi digunakan dalam projek ini untuk mengendali lengan robot dan membina sistem pelayan web. Lengan robot terdiri daripada 4 motor servo dan setiap motor servo ditugaskan dengan satu modulasi jalur lebar dan ia boleh dikawal secara individu. Sistem pengawal dilaksanakan di Raspberry Pi menggunakan bahasa pengaturcaraan Python 2.7. Nod-Red digunakan sebagai sistem pelayan web dalam projek ini. Pelayan web berkomunikasi dengan pelayar web melalui TCP/HTTP. Pengguna boleh menggunakan pelayar web dengan menaip alamat laman web dan pengguna boleh melayari laman web tersebut. Pengguna boleh mengakses pelayan web menggunakan pelayar web melalui komputer atau telefon pintar. Ia membolehkan lengan robot untuk dipantau dan dikawal arah lengan dan juga melaksanakan aplikasi mengambil dan meletakkan benda dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain seperti dalam industri pembuatan. Keputusan telah disahkan dengan pelaksanaan ujian praktikal. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ This project presents the development of a controller for the robotic arm through Internet of Things (IoT). The robotic arm can be monitored and controlled its direction via internet facilities. The Raspberry Pi board is used in this project for robotic arm controller and web server system. The robotic arm comprises of 4 servo motors and each of the servo motors is assigned with a single pulse width modulation (PWM) output and can be controlled individually. The controller system is implemented on Raspberry Pi board using Python 2.7 programming language. Node-Red is used as a web server system in this project. The web server communicates with the web browser through TCP/HTTP. The user can use a web browser and connect to the website, then the user can examine the web pages. The user able to access the web server using a web browser via computer or smartphones. With that, it allows to monitor and control the robotic arm direction and perform some work task; pick and place task as in manufacturing industry. The results are verified by practical test implementation.
