Dunia telah memerhatikan perkembangan pesat dunia teknologi dalam pembangunan dan telekomunikasi dalam persekitaran kita. Gelombang Frekuensi radio yang bebas dan percuma di sekeliling kita hendaklah kita manfaatkan dengan menarik tenaga dari gelombang frekuensi radio. Dengan ini, bermulalah projek teknologi hijau dengan menggunakan simulasi penuaian tenaga dari frekuensi radio oleh antena diskon dengan litar pendarab voltan yang menggunakan perisian CST, AutoCAD dan PSIM. Perisian CST telah digunakan untuk menguji setiap frekuensi yang telah dipilih iaitu 144MHz,146MHz dan 148MHz. Direktiviti farfield menunjukkan bahawa semakin tinggi frekuensi yang diaplikasikan pada antenna, semakin lebar keluasan darjah frekuensi yang berjaya ditangkap oleh diskon antenna. Perisian PSIM memainkan peranan penting dalam kajian ini. Daripada gambaran blok sistem penuaian tenaga RF, yang dimulakan dengan antenna, selepas itu diikuti dengan rangkaian penyesuaian, litar penerus voltan kali dua dan litar pendarab dua. Melalui simulasi yang dijalankan untuk litar penerus voltan kali dua, voltan yang dapat dihasilkan telah berjaya memperoleh 4.0V dari voltan puncak RF serendah 2.0V dengan resonans frekuensi 100MHz. Manakala, litar pendarab dua telah diuji nilai kapasitor penyimpanan tenaga, iaitu C2 dengan nilai 1nF,10nF dan 100nF. Voltan yang dikeluarkan oleh litar keseluruhan penuaian tenaga RF dalam projek ini adalah 1.0V. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ World has seen many developments of technology in the telecommunications and also building in our environment. The radio frequency wave that are available for free can be used to our benefit. In this matter, following the requirement of the green technology, these RF energies is captured and harvested by the discone antenna with voltage multiplier circuit. The circuit was simulated using CST, AutoCAD and PSIM sofware. CST software was used to test frequency that been chosen which is 144MHz, 146MHz dan 148MHz. Farfield directivity shows the higher the frequency applied to the antenna, the wider the angular width of trapped frequency. PSIM sofware plays an important role in this research. From the RF energy harvester block diagram, which is started by antenna, then followed by matching network, voltage doubler rectifier circuit and the voltage doubler. Simulations that been conducted on voltage doubler rectifier, the output voltage is successfully achieved 4.0V from peak supply RF voltage 2.0V with resonance frequency 100MHz. Meanwhile, the voltage doubler is tested the storage capacitor value, C2 with 1Nf, 10nf and 100nf. The output voltage from overall RF energy harvester circuit in this project is 1.0V.
