Penggunaan fosfat digunakan secara meluas dalam pembuatan makanan dan dalam penyediaan bahan makanan. Dengan pengurangan sumber fosfat, sistem pemulihan fosfat telah dikaji pada tahun-tahun kebelakangan ini. Pemulihan fosfat daripada akuakultur air sisa telah menjadi satu kebimbangan besar akibat daripada permintaan yang tinggi untuk sumber fosfat dan kesan eutrofikasi potensinya ke atas ekosistem air. Dalam kajian ini, membran telah digunakan untuk mengkaji cara untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pemulihan fosfat. Kaedah simulasi masa proses pengekstrakan digunakan untuk mencari masa kecekapan pulih fosfat dari ladang ikan, kesan asid organik (asid asetik) pada kecekapan penyingkiran fosfat dan kadar pada kelajuan kacau berbeza dan tekanan digunakan telah disiasat. Dalam kajian ini, membran telah digunakan untuk mengkaji cara untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pemulihan fosfat. Air ikan yang mengandungi ammonium dan fosfat telah ditapis menggunakan penapisan ‘dead end’ untuk mngetahui kecekapan untuk pemisahan fosfat dengan tindak balas. Keputusan eksperimen juga menunjukkan bahawa membran jenis ultrafiltration adalah lebih sesuai untuk pemulihan fosfat. Selain daripada asid asetik, kepekatan yang tinggi asid asetik benar-benar boleh menyekat kecekapan pengekstrakan. Membran fouling memberi kesan kepada kecekapan pemisahan membran. Keputusan eksperimen juga menunjukkan bahawa kadar tinggi kelajuan kacau dan tekanan digunakan akan meningkatkan kecekapan pemulihan fosfat.875006374 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Widely varied are the uses of phosphates in food manufacture and in the preparation of foodstuffs. With depletion of phosphate resources, phosphate recovery systems have been studied in recent years (J. Driver et. al, 1999). Phosphate recovery from aquaculture wastewater has become a great concern as a result of the high demand for phosphate resources and its potential eutrophication effects on water ecosystems. In this study, membrane was used to study the way to improve the efficiency of phosphate recovery. The method of simulated the time of extraction process was used to find the efficiency time recover phosphate from fish farm, the effects of organic acids (acetic acid) on phosphate removal efficiency and rate at different stirring speed and pressure applied were investigated. In this study, membrane was used to study the way to improve the efficiency of phosphate recovery. The fish farm water with ammonium and phosphate was filter using dead end filtration to characterize the efficiency extraction rate for phosphate separation with the proceeding of the reaction. The experimental results also demonstrated that ultrafiltration membrane is more suitable for phosphate recovery. In addition of acetic acid, the high concentration of acetic acid could completely suppress the extraction efficiency. Membrane fouling affects the efficiency of membrane separation. The experimental results also demonstrated that high rate of stirring speed and pressure applied would increase the efficiency of phosphate recovery.
