Abstract BS EN 60730-2-8:1995 is a European standard that specifies requirements for the performance, construction, and testing of humidity sensing controls. Humidity sensing controls are devices designed to control the humidity level in indoor environments, such as homes and offices. The standard sets out specific requirements for the performance, construction, and testing of humidity sensing controls, including requirements for their accuracy, response time, and resistance to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. The standard also specifies requirements for the marking and documentation of humidity sensing controls, to ensure that they can be correctly identified and used in a safe and effective manner.
