This Part 3 of EN 10028 specifies requirements for flat products for pressure purposes made of weldable fine grain steels as listed in table 1. NOTE. 'Fine grain steels' are understood to mean steels which have a ferritic grain size of 6 and smaller when tested in accordance with EURONORM 103. The requirements of EN 10028-1 also apply.
