The Controllable Pitch Propeller mechanism design for selected fuel engine of RC aircraft is a platform for a CPP development in variable condition. The CPP is widely used in RC aircraft that uses battery engine but it is still limited for a fuel engine. This thesis presents the development of an idea on how to create a CPP mechanism that faces lots of limitations in its progress. By referring the current CPP mechanism in the current market, majority of the designs are designed for battery engine, so that it is a challenging environment to create a new CPP that is workable for a fuel engine. This project consists of 4 stages, namely, Engine selection, Conceptual Design, Assembly, and finally, testing the mechanism. By the visualization and simulation using CATIA V5, it shows that the concept is verified by showing that the desired range of pitch deflection is in between (0°-90°).
