This Part of this European Prestandard describes a methods of test for the determination of overall migration from one surface only, of plastics in thr form of film and sheet, which is intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, by forming the plastics film or sheet into standard pouches and exposure to the aquenous food for 10 days, 24 h or 2 h at 40 ᵒC or for 2 h at 70 ᵒC.
