Sesebuah kapal terbang tanpa pemandu akan terbang pada ketinggian yang berbeza pada masa-masa yang tertentu. Perubahan ketinggian itu bergantung pada kestabilan kapal terbang bebilang bilah tersebut. Penderia tekanan digunakan sebagai satu alat untuk merakam perubahan tersebut semasa pernerbangan. Dalam setiap kapal terbang berbilang bilah terdapat alat kawalan yang mengawal kelajuan motor semasa perubahan pergerakan. Alat kawalan yang berbeza akan menghasilkan kestabilan yang berbeza. Dalam projek ini, perbandingan antara dua alat kawalan pernerbangan yang mempunyai dan tidak mempunyai algoritma ‘Kalman Filter’ telah dijalankan. Kedua-dua alat kawalan penerbangan tersebut mempunyai persamaan ‘PID’ yang digunakan untuk menyingkirkan ralat ketinggian dengan mengira nilai pembetulan. Kalman Filter telah merubah kestabilan kepal terbang berbilang bilah dari segi pegawalan ketinggian. Tindak balas ketinggian kedua-dua alat kawalan tersebut telah dibandingkan dan prestasi Kalman Filter telah ditegaskan. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Altitude response is the height of a quadcopter flying at certain time. It changes depends on the stability of the quadcopter. Barometer or pressure sensor is a device that is used to record the flying altitude of the quadcopter. In every quadcopter there are controllers that regulate the motor speed to change the motion. Different controllers will results on different stability. In this project, comparison of flight controllers with and without Kalman Filter algorithm is done. Both flight controllers has PID controller to eliminate the altitude difference error by computing corrective signal to the motor. The existence of Kalman Filter will change the quadcopter stability in terms of altitude response. The altitude response of both flight controllers is compared and performance of Kalman Filter is emphasized.
