Abstract BS EN 60704-1:1995 is a European standard that specifies general methods for measuring the performance of household electrical appliances, including audio and video equipment, refrigerators, washing machines, and other appliances. The standard sets out specific procedures and requirements for testing the energy consumption, noise emissions, and other performance parameters of electrical appliances.
