Dalam kertas ini, litar bacaan sensor ISFET pH sistem pemantauan persekitaran air dipersembahkan menggunakan teknologi CMOS 0.18µm. Ia direka bersama-sama dengan litar pampasan suhu yang menyediakan perbezaan voltan keluaran yang rendah ke atas julat suhu yang luas. Reka bentuk keseluruhan menggunakan tiga litar utama, iaitu litar permulaan, pampasan suhu dan litar bacaan ISFET. Objektif projek ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bahawa ISFET boleh disesuaikan untuk operasi yang berjaya untuk mencapai kepekaan yang baik dan kestabilan terma deria pH bagi mendapatkan keputusan yang lebih dipercayai. Litar bacaan menghasilkan arus keluaran yang sensitif secara linear kepada nilai pH. Semua reka bentuk skematik telah dibuat dengan menggunakan Cadence EDA Tools yang boleh didapati di CEDEC. Pembentangan konsep am diikuti oleh analisis yang terperinci dan keputusan simulasi. Syarat utama untuk projek ini perlu mencapai voltan variasi kurang daripada 5mV beroperasi di bawah 1.8V bekalan untuk mencapai voltan rujukan sebanyak 1.2 V pada 27 ℃. Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa litar bacaan beroperasi dengan pasti dan ia boleh beroperasi pada voltan rendah dan menggunakan kuasa rendah. Jadi ia sesuai untuk aplikasi mikro-sensor. Voltan suhu mempunyai pekali suhu yang telah disimulasi iaitu 12.64 ppm/℃ ke atas julat suhu -50 ℃ hingga 125 ℃. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ In this paper, a novel readout circuit of pH ISFET sensor water monitoring environment system is presented utilizing 0.18µm CMOS technology. It is designed along with temperature compensation circuit that provides a low output voltage variation over a wide temperature range. The overall design employs three major circuits, namely start-up circuit, temperature compensation and ISFET ROC. The objective of this project is to demonstrate that the ISFET can be adapted for successful operation to achieve a good sensitivity and thermal stability in pH sensing to obtain more reliable or trusted results. The readout circuit produced an output current that is linearly sensitive to pH value. All the design schematic was done using Cadence EDA Tools that are available in CEDEC. The general concept presentation is followed by a detailed analysis and simulation results. The main criteria for this project should achieve variation voltage less than 5mV operated under 1.8V supply to achieved reference voltage of 1.2 V at 27℃ . The results demonstrate that the readout circuit works reliably and it can work in low-voltage and consume low-power. So it is suitable for micro-sensor application. The temperature voltage has a simulated temperature coefficient of 12.64 ppm/℃ over the temperature range -50℃ to 125℃.
