Abstract This NAD provides information to enable ENV 1992-1-2 (hereafter referred to as EC2: Part 1.2) to be used for the design of buildings to be constructed in the UK. It is assumed that it will be used in conjunction with DD ENV 1992-1-1, the NAD of which refers to BSI publications for values of actions. Since publication of ENV 1992-1-1 (hereafter referred to as EC2: Part 1.1), ENVS for actions (Parts of Eurocode 1) have been published. Where appropriate this NAD refers to them. It should be borne in mind that designs should be consistent in their use of UK and CEN standards for all parameters.
