This Malaysian Standard specifies design criteria for rainwater harvesting facilities for household or individual building use. Design requirements, mainly for storage tank and plumbing/piping, are specified. Safeguards against contamination as well as for public safety are also provided for. This is to ensure that the system complies with sustainability, water quality and design standard.
