Rekabentuk frekuensi tinggi bagi penukar at-at_Muhamad Nizzam Mat Deli_E3_2007_NI
Topologi titi penuh (full-bridge) digunakan dalam rekabentuk frekuensi tinggi penukar dc-dc. Rekabentuk litar dimulakan dengan pengiraan nilai komponen dan seterusnya simulasi litar titi penuh (full-bridge) dilakukan menggunakan perisian PSIM 4.1. Seterusnya, rekabentuk litar prototaip titi penuh dilaksanakan di atas papan uji. Rekabentuk litar dimulakan dengan merekabentuk litar pensuisan yang terdiri daripada litar pensuisan PWM yang menggunakan cip SG3525A dan cip pemacu MOSFET IR2110. Rekabentuk ini menggunakan nilai kitar tugas, k = 30% dan frekuensi, f = 100 kHz. Rekabentuk litar ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dedenyut segiempat yang akan digunakan untuk memacu MOSFET IRFZ44N. Hasil keluaran litar dapat dilihat menggunakan osiloskop. Setelah gelombang keluaran PWM terhasil, litar titi penuh direkabentuk. Seterusnya, ujikaji dijalankan terhadap litar titi penuh. Keputusan ujikaji dicatat dan dianalisis. Berdasarkan keputusan dan analisis yang telah dijalankan, didapati litar prototaip titi penuh ini mampu beroperasi pada frekuensi yang tinggi iaitu 100kHz tetapi nilai voltan keluaran yang terhasil adalah kecil disebabkan kehilangan yang berlaku pada litar rekabentuk. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The full bridge converter topology has been used in designing of high frequency dc dc converter. To design this converter, calculation of values of the components need to be done first. Then a simulation of full bridge converter circuit is done using design software which is ‘PSIM 4.1’. If the simulation meets the requirements, then a prototype circuit is built. First of all, a switching circuit is built using 2 IC chips. SG3525A is a pulse width modulation control circuit and IR2110 which acted like a voltage amplifier and amplified the output of theSG3525A so that it could drive the MOSFET IRFZ44N. In this project, I decided to use duty cycle, k = 30% and a switching frequency, f = 100 kHz. The output waveform of this circuit can be seen by using oscilloscope. Then, a prototype circuit of full bridge converter is built and several tests are done on this circuit. Based on the results and data that had been collected, it shows that the full bridge converter can work properly in high frequency that is 100kHz, but the output voltage is small because the losses occurs in the circuit designed.
