Pemisahan magnetik ialah proses permisahan dimana nanopartikel dipisahkan dari cecair sekelilingnya dalam pengaruh oleh medan magnet keceruhan rendah. Proses ini menginduksikan aliran hidrodinamik zarah dimana ia akan meningkatkan proses permisahan nanopartikel. Cara ini telah mula menerima populariti kerana boleh digunakan dalam permisahan skala nano seperti applikasi sel permisahan biomedik.Walau bagaimanapun, applikasi yang berbeza perlu mengendalikan jenis media cecair yg berbeza. Dengan itu, kita analis dan menyiasat tingkah laku nanopartikel dalam cecair jenis kelikatan yang berbeza dan juga jenis cecair bukan Newtonianyang berbeza dengan pengaruh oleh medan magnet keceruhan rendah semasa perrmishan magnetic. Melalui eksperiment, kelikatan cecair media dan juga kepakatan nanopartikel memberi kesan kepada permisahan nanopartikel semasa permisahan magnetic. Menurut data yang dikumpulkan , tempoh permisahan nanopartikel meningkat apabila kepakatan cecair media meningkat. Walau bagaimanapun, kepekatan nanopartikel dalam cecair media menyepatkan process permisahan nanopartikel. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Magnetophoresis process is a separation technique where Magnetic Nanoparticles (MNPs) is separates from their surrounding fluid by influence of low-gradient magnetic field (LGMS). This process induced hydrodynamic effects in which enhanced the MNPs separation. This technique gaining popularity as it can be used for nanoscale separation such as application biomedical cell separation. However, different type of fluid medium will be handled for different applications. Herein, we analyze and investigate the nanoparticles behavior inside different type of viscosity and non-Newtonian fluid under the influence of LGMS during magnetophoresis. Through experiment, the viscosity of fluid medium and concentration of MNPs affects the separation during of MNPs during magnetophoresis. According to the data collected, duration for separation of MNPs increased as viscosity increased and. However, the higher the concentration of MNPs inside the fluid medium, the faster the separation process.
