Orthosis berkuasa adalah struktur bantuan mekanikal untuk menyokong pergerakan bahagian badan yang cedera dengan penggerak kuasa mekanikal. Dalam kertas ini, kami telah mereka bentuk sebuah prototaip orthosis berkuasakan jentera untuk orang lumpuh yang mengalami kelumpuhan pinggang dan kaki, dan juga menganalisis reka bentuk prototaip di bahagian mekanikal, reka bentuk struktur dan sistem komputer. Mengaplikasikan pengiraan teori mengenai proses reka bentuk dan juga data dari alat perisian reka bentuk seperti “SolidWorks”, “MatLab Simulink” dan “Arduino Ide”, prototaip orthosis dapat direka dengan lengkap. Reka bentuk yang dipilih akan difabrikasi menggunakan beberapa proses fabrikasi dan dipasang dengan sistem menggerakkan , maklum balas dan serta sistem kawalan. Akhir sekali, pengujian prototaip tersebut akan diteruskan seperti ujian pergerakan, ujian kelajuan gerakan dan percubaan manusia untuk pengesahan kebolehpercayaan prototaip. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Powered orthosis is a mechanical aid structure to support movement of an injured part of the body with a mechanically power actuator. In this paper, we have design a prototype powered orthosis for paraplegic person whom suffering a lower body paralysis, and also analyse the design for its mechanical, structural and computer system design. Applying theoretical calculation on the design process and data from design software tools such as SolidWorks, MatLab Simulink and Arduino Ide, a complete prototype powered orthosis design can be made. The selected design is fabricated using several fabrication process and assembled with the actuation, feedback and controller system. Finally, testing of the prototype is proceeded such as movement testing, motion speed test, control system testing and human trial for the verification of reliability of the prototype.
