Perkembangan radio frekuensi dalam liputan gelombang mikro, penapis memainkan peranan penting dalam banyak aplikasi gelombangmikro. Projek ini menjelaskan tentang rekabentuk dan penyelakuan turas jalur mikro dengan menggunakan tata letak mikrostrip. Struktur penapis mikro mempunyai ciri-ciri struktur yang tersusun, frekuensi tinggi serta frekuensi respon yang baik dan sangat berguna di dalam bidang gelombangmikro. Tiga penapis yang direka pada frekuensi tengah iaitu 2491.75 MHz dengan lebar jalur sebanyak 100 MHz tetapi bebeza nilai prototaip turas rendah.Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan bahawa salah satu dari rekabentuk penapis menghasilkan keputusan yang baik sekaligus menghasilkan prestasi penapis yang baik. Kaedah resapan telah digunakan dalam rekabentuk untuk menghasilkan tiga suku panjang penapis gelombang resonator yang selari. Perkembangan turas jalur penapis dipenyelakuan dengan menggunakan Alatan penyelakuan ADS(Aadvanced Design System). Rekabentuk penapis dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan substratum Duroid 4003. Ujian terakhir yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan vektor Network Analyzer. Rekabentuk penapis dan prestasi substratum dalam simulasi dan pengukuran dibuat penilaian. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The development of the frequency bands in microwave range, filter plays an important role in many RF or microwave application. This project describes the design and fabrication of microstrip coupled line bandpass filter using microstrip layout. Microstrip filter features smart structure, high frequency as well as good frequency response is favorable in microwave field. Three filter were designed at center frequency, 2491.75 MHz with 100 MHz bandwidth but different of element values for equal ripple Low-pass prototypes.The purpose is to make sure that the filters posses good result as well as good performances. Insertion loss method has been used in the designs to produce the parallel coupled quarter wavelength resonator filters. The development of the microstrip filters were simulated using Advanced Design System (ADS). The filter designs were fabricated on Duroid 4003 microstrip substrate. The final testing had done by using the vector Network Analyzer. The entire filter design and the performance of the substrate in simulation and measurement were evaluated.Design 3(0.1 dB equal ripple) provide a good performances in term of parameter S(1,1) and S(2,1).
