BS EN 60691:1996 is a European standard titled "High-voltage test techniques - Partial discharge measurements".
This standard specifies the general principles and procedures for measuring partial discharges in electrical equipment using high-voltage test techniques. It provides guidance on the measurement and interpretation of partial discharge data, and also covers the requirements for test equipment and instrumentation used for the measurement of partial discharges.
