Printed version of this is available at library. To request, please e-mail to referencepk@usm.my and include a copy of this record in your e-mail.
This British Standard describes ways in which
climatic data may be collected, analysed and
presented. It gives guidance on its application in
building and civil engineering and it explains how
site climates can vary according to topographic and
other influences on differing scales.
Section 2 covers the preparation and integration of
climatic data and provides guidance on the
procedures that have been adopted by the
Meteorological Office for the observation and
recording of climatic data. These procedures are
promoted by the World Meteorological Organization
and will therefore be used by other national
meteorological services. Section 3 covers
application to building and civil engineering.
Annex A sets out tabular checklists for
meteorological information requirements that may
be used for building and civil engineering
applications.
