Abstract 1.1 This part of ISO 4892 provides information and general guidance relevant to the selection and operation of the methods of exposure described in detail in subsequent parts. 1.2 It also describes and recommends methods for determining irradiance and radiant exposure, and a black-standard/black-panel thermometer. 1.3 Methods of evaluation of results from exposure are not within the scope of ISO 4892. Refer to ISO 4582.
