The full title of the standard is "Information technology - Open Systems Interconnection - Conformance testing methodology and framework - Part 5: Requirements on test laboratories and clients for the conformance assessment process." This standard is part of the ISO/IEC 9646 series, which defines a framework for conformance testing of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) protocols.
