This British Standard provides recommendations
for the integration of a security system (see 3.1) with
other security systems or with non-security systems
(see 3.2) for use in and around buildings other than
dwellings. The recommendations relate to the
specification, design, installation, commissioning,
hand-over and maintenance of such integrated
systems, and to the user’s responsibilities for
operating and testing them.
