Prestasi penggerak gegelung suara bergantung kepada tindakbalas frekuensi dan tindakbalas menginjak berpandukan kepada isyarat input. Dalam kajian ini, analisis bagi komponen penggerak gegelung suara dijalankan untuk memenuhi keperluan operasi dan ciri-ciri tindakbalas melalui analisis kebolehpercayaan, dan membuat deduksi persamaan model untuk mewujudkan operasi yang dipercayai dan ciri-ciri tindak balas cepat oleh penggerak gegelung suara untuk mengawal getaran aktif berdasarkan pengetahuan empirikal dan teori elektomagnet. Saranan untuk persamaan rekabentuk untuk menentukan ciri-ciri model penggerak gegelung suara seperti saiz gelondong, panjang konduktor gegelung, dan bilangan pusingan gegelung dan menghitung jumlah masa ujian penggerak gegelung suara untuk verifikasi kebolehpercayaan prototaip yang dibuat. ______________________________________________________________________________________ The performance of voice coil actuator relies on frequency response and step response according to arbitrary input signal. In this paper, we performed the analysis for the components of voice coil actuator to satisfy the reliable operation and response characteristics through the reliability analysis, and also deducted the design equations to realize the reliable operation and fast response characteristics of voice coil actuator for active vibration control through the empirical knowledge of experts and electromagnetic theories. The suggested design equations to determine the values of design parameters of voice coil actuator as like bobbin size, length of coil conductor, and turn number of coil, and calculated the life test time of voice coil actuator used for verification of reliability of the prototype.
