Sistem Pencahayaan merupakan komponen utama dalam pengimejan multispektral. Ini adalah sangat penting kerana potensinya dalam banyak aplikasi utama, misalnya, pengesanan aplikasi nyata dan perubatan biologi dan ia berkembang dengan pantas di seluruh dunia. Tujuan projek ini adalah untuk membina sistem pencahayaan LED untuk membantu proses pengimejan multispektral. Tanpa eksitasi pencahayaan yang sesuai, ciri-ciri yang tersembunyi mungkin sukar untuk ditangkap atau dikesan oleh mata manusia. Dalam projek ini, sistem pencahayaan dihasilkan dalam set yang berbeza untuk melayani tujuan pengimejan yang berbeza. Sistem pencahayaan yang dibina adalah berbeza dalam aspek warna cahaya, keamatan cahaya, sumber bekalan kuasa dan cara operasi. Keputusan daripada projek ini menunjukkan bahawa pencahayaan yang berlainan akan meningkatkan kualiti proses pengimejan yang berbeza. Contohnya, lampu ultraviolet akan mendedahkan kesan sulfur yang tidak dikendali dan tersembunyi. Sistem pencahayaan menghasilkan ujian tanpa destruktif untuk mendedahkan ciri-ciri imej yang tersembunyi melalui eksitasi pencahayaan. Kaedah yang mudah dan senang diterima ini membolehkan keaslian objek kajian dikekalkan. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Lighting system is the main component of multispectral imaging. It is very important due to the useful potential in a lot of major applications, for example, detection of biological evident and medical application and it is facing a rapid growth around the globe. The objective of this project is to develop the LED lighting systems in order to aid the process of multispectral imaging. Without proper lighting excitations, those hidden features may be difficult to be captured or detected by human eyes. In this project, different sets of lighting systems are produced in order to serve different imaging purposes. The lighting systems built are varied in the aspect of wavelengths, light intensities, power supplies and operating modes. The results from this project reveal that different type of lighting will improve the different imaging process. For example, ultraviolet lighting will reveal the hidden and untreated sulfur stain. The lighting systems produce a non-destructive test to reveal the hidden imaging features through lighting excitations. This simple and presumptive method offers the preservation of originality of the object studied.
