Projek ini mengkaji dan menggabungkan sistem-sistem asas yang diperlukan dalam sesebuah pesawat tanpa pemandu. Sistem yang termasuk ialah sistem pergerakan servo, sistem kawalan penerbangan dengan kawalan radio, sistem kuasa elektik dan sistem wayer. Berhubungan dengan tajuk ini, kerja telah dilakukan dengan cara yang berasingan dan kemudian baru digabungkan. Sistem pergerakan servo adalah dikaji dengan menentukan daya engsel yang diperlukan daripada program AAA. Pemilihan servo adalah mengikut daya keluaran, teknikal faktor dan juga kosnya. Ini juga termasuk kriteria penentuan push-rod berdasarkan daya yang dialami. Seterusnya, teori operasi sistem kawalan penerbangan dengan meggunakan kawalan radio juga dibincangkan. Sistem dalam pesawat memerlukan bateri untuk beroperasi. Bahagian ini dilakukan dengan membuat bajet kuasa elektrik dan kemudian memilih bateri yang sesuai dari pasaran. Sehubungan it, sistem wayer telah dihasilkan untuk meyambungkan kesemua komponen sistem. Mekanisme suis merupakan fokus di bahagian ini. Integrasi untuk semua sistem di atas ditunjukkan dalam gambar dan lukisan yang berkaitan. ______________________________________________________________________________________ This work is developed and integrates the basic system required to present on board of an UAV. The basic systems included servo actuation system, RC flight control system, on-board power system and wiring system. Regarding to this title, the task was carried out with the separate approach at the beginning and thus being integrated at the final. Servo actuation system is developed by determined the required hinge moment from AAA program. The servos are selected in accordance with the torque rating and compromise between technical factor and cost. It also contained sizing criteria of push rod based on the exerted force. Next, the operation theory of flight control system using RC has been discussed. There must be a battery in order to execute the control system. This task was accomplished by create the on-board electrical power budget and hence the selection of suitable battery pack from the market. Consequently, wiring system is established to interconnect all the system components. Switching mechanism is being focus in this section. Integration of the above mentioned system is shown in appropriate diagram and drawing.
